Lychee

Lychee originated in the southern of China. Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian, Sichuan, Taiwan, Yunnan, cultivated the most planting. Between June and July each year is the mature fruit harvested, stripped shell, take off the seed coat fresh or dried.

Heart-shaped or spherical fruit, fruit leather porphyritic most scales protruding, it is bright red, purple, green or green white, aril translucent creamy-like when fresh, juicy, sweet flavor.
